How to add existing members to a group?
Only Admins of an account can manage members of their account, in the following ways,
From the Group Members Settings:
- Click on the Groups icon
- Select the relevant group
- Click on the three dot menu and Select "Manage members"
- Select "Add existing members"
- Search and Select the member
- Click "Add" and also specific their role in the group
From the Account Members Settings:
- Click on the Groups icon on the top left corner of the app next to the settings icon
- Find the user from the list or use the Filter to search the right user
- Click on the user name to open a dialog to manage their groups
- Under "Role in Groups" section, add the group and relevant role of the user
- Click "Add"
